Pipeline Term
The measure of the amount of water vapor actually in the air. Often stated as pounds of water vapor per pound of dry air. At any given temperature, relative humidity equals 100 times the absolute humidity divided by the greatest amount of water vapor that can be present in the air at that temperature.
