Make payment(s) on Enforcement Civil ($10,000 or less) and Ticket penalties;
Federal law and regulations require a wire transfer for amounts over $10,000
Payment Methods

PHMSA uses to make secure electronic payments for Hazmat Civil Fines and Penalties and FOIA requests. Payments can be made directly from your bank account or by credit/debit card.

Electronic Check Policy

Due to the time required for ACH "Electronic Check" settlement processing there is usually a delay of one full business day (but sometimes two or three) for all purchases made via Electronic check. Orders placed using the "Electronic Check" payment service will not be processed until the settlement occurs.
